Polyglycerol Polyricinoleate (PGPR): It is used for Chocolate products and helps in mixing of Cocoa powder, sugar & milk.
Glycerol Monostearate (GMS): It is used in ice creams or creamy items to give soothe mixture to products.
SSL: Used in baked products inorder to prevent the re-crystallization and increases the volume of loaf.
Diacetyl Tartrate Ester of Monoglyceride (DATEM): It is used in bakery to give strength during the process.
Propylene Glycol Monostearate (PGMS): It is used in cake items for mixing well the milk and oil soluble to improve the stability and increase the shelf life.
Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids (E475) (PGE): It's mainly use for bakery products and baked items to make the loaf.
